By working with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which are designed to protect both you and us while keeping our partnership clear and fair.

2. Scope of Services

We provide creative, marketing, and business support services including:

  • Website Design, Logo Design, Business Card Design, Social Media Management, Social Media Setup, Content Creation, Graphic Design, Video Creation, Video Production, Video Editing, Photo Editing, Copywriting, Branding Packs, Print Design.

  • Accountancy-related services — including Company Formation, Bookkeeping, VAT Registration & Returns, Self-Assessment Tax Returns, Payroll Management, CIS Returns, Corporation Tax, Management Accounts, and Business Growth Advice — are fulfilled by Lyel Accountants on behalf of Reeg Media. While these services are offered under our brand, all accountancy work is carried out by Lyel Accountants, who are responsible for their performance and outcomes.

We may also use third-party tools, AI-assisted design, and trusted partners to deliver certain services. This will always be done to maintain or enhance quality and efficiency.

3. Payment Terms

  • One-off Projects: A 50% deposit is required before work begins.

  • Retainer or Ongoing Work: No deposit required, but payment is due within 5 days of the first post or deliverable.

  • Final Balance: Due within 5 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer (preferred) or PayPal.

  • Late payments may result in delays to delivery and/or suspension of services until cleared.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, we encourage clients to provide all relevant content and materials at the start of the project.

  • If you delay in sending required content, your delivery date may be pushed back.

  • We allow two rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all materials you provide (text, images, videos, etc.) are legally owned by you or licensed for use.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage

  • Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables we create for you.

  • We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

  • Any design concepts or drafts not chosen remain the property of Reeg Media.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel before work begins, any deposit paid is non-refundable.

  • If we have not delivered the agreed work and you choose to cancel, we may refund part or all of your payment depending on progress made.

  • If we cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund for any work not completed.

7. Third-Party Services & Hosting Disclaimer

  • Hosting: Websites are hosted on Branding Boss servers. Any hosting-related issues are handled directly by Branding Boss/Sam Davis.

  • Accountancy: All accountancy services are performed by Lyel Accountants, who take full responsibility for their delivery.

  • We are not liable for downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party systems, platforms, or suppliers.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We will always aim to meet deadlines and quality standards, but we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, technical failures, third-party delays).

  • While we take every care in delivering our services, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales growth, rankings, or profits.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
