I’ve put together an example of what your website could look like. You didn’t ask me to make it, so there’s no obligation to take it any further—and nothing to pay unless you decide to go ahead.

The ongoing bits
What about running costs?
Your website build is a one-off cost. Your domain and hosting are separate ongoing services, which you may already be paying for.
Your domain
Your existing renewal
Your domain is your website address. If you already have one, keep paying your current provider’s renewal fees. You don’t need another domain.
Your hosting
Keep it, or £55/year
We can look at using your existing hosting if it supports the new website. Moving to Reeg Media is optional and costs £55 per year.
SSL installation
Included
I’ll handle SSL installation as part of getting your website ready to launch, so it can use a secure HTTPS connection.

You won’t need to work it all out yourself. Here’s the plan.
STEP 01
Tell me you’d like to go ahead
Get in touch and let me know which example we’ve discussed. We’ll have a quick chat about what you like, what you want changed and whether the £200 or £300 option fits.
No technical knowledge needed. Just tell me what you’d like the website to do for your business.
STEP 02
We agree the details
Before work begins, we’ll confirm:
- The pages, features and changes included.
- The total price and payment arrangements.
- Whether you’re keeping your hosting or moving to Reeg Media.
- An estimated completion date.
We’ll put this in writing so you have something clear to refer back to.
STEP 03
You send over the essentials
I may need your logo, preferred photographs, contact details, opening hours and any wording or product information you’d like included.
I’ll send you a short list for your website. Please make sure you have permission to use any photos or other material you supply.
STEP 04
We sort out access
I may need access to your domain provider, current hosting and existing website to carry out the agreed work.
If you’re not sure who provides these, don’t worry. We can work through it together. There’s more guidance on access below.
STEP 05
I prepare your website
I’ll make the agreed changes, add your information and send you a preview link.
Check the wording, images, business details and how it looks on your phone. This is your chance to flag anything that needs correcting before launch.
STEP 06
You approve it, then we go live
Once you’re happy and the agreed payment arrangements are complete, we’ll arrange the launch. If we’re replacing an existing site, we’ll agree the switch beforehand.
I’ll connect the site, install SSL and check the pages, links and any included forms. I’ll also explain how to request help or updates. If I’m hosting it, we’ll confirm what’s included and when renewal is due.
A quick word about access
Your accounts stay yours.
Your domain stays in your name and under your control. Choosing Reeg Media hosting doesn’t mean giving up ownership of your website address.
Where possible, you can invite me as a user or grant access through your provider.
Before you send anything
- Domain provider: the account where your website address is registered.
- Hosting provider: needed if we’re using your current hosting.
- Existing website: access may be needed for the agreed work.
Please don’t send passwords by ordinary email. We’ll arrange a suitable way to handle access if it’s needed.
